Refund Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and billing.

Overview

DevHelm is operated by Vladyslav Mokrousov, sole proprietor (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid DevHelm subscriptions.

Free Tier

The DevHelm Free tier is available at no cost and does not require a payment method. No refund considerations apply.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to paid features until that date
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free tier

Cancellations are effective immediately in terms of future billing — you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with DevHelm, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

Service outages: If DevHelm experiences extended downtime that breaches our SLA commitments, SLA credits will be applied to your next billing cycle as described in our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@devhelm.io with your account email and a brief description of the reason. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle.

Prorated Credits

When upgrading or downgrading between plans mid-cycle, prorated credits are automatically calculated and applied. You are only charged the difference for upgrades, and unused time is credited for downgrades.
