The issue is now resolved, webhook production has now caught up. We have been replaying some delayed webhooks where possible throughout the day. Message delivery remains unaffected.

A fix has been implemented and we’re monitoring the results. Messages on a go forward basis are having their webhook delivery receipts returned in a timely manner. Delayed webhooks from earlier today are being replayed to customer endpoints to ensure customers can tie out their messages.

We’re still investigating issues with webhook latency for delivery receipts. Message sending still remains unaffected.
