A fix has been made and we are monitoring the results, webhook, api and delivery latency are all currently back at normal levels.

We have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results. Messaging webhook latency should be going back to normal levels. We’re seeing separate symptoms of increased API latency and delivery times for a subset of messaging. We are working on resolving this.
