The GitHub incident has been resolved on their end and we've shipped improvements to how the dashboard handles such errors so we'll handle GitHub outages more gracefully in the future. GitHub is having an outage at the moment and we don't handle the errors gracefully so you might see the dashboard breaking with "Internal error". We're working on improving how we handle these errors, but other than ensuring we communicate that GitHub is having issues, there is not much we can do.
