This incident has been resolved.

Health checks have returned to 100% as of 9:17 AM PST. Visitors from Asia Pacific region should be able to view live Unbounce pages without any errors now. Our engineering team is continuing to monitor traffic to ensure error rates stabilize completely.

A fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring for recovery of Page Server in the Asia Pacific region.

We're investigating elevated errors on our page servers, currently isolated to the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Visitors from that region attempting to view live Unbounce pages may see a gateway error instead of the page loading. No other regions are currently affected.
