This incident has been resolved.

ShipHero deployed a fix to restore access.  We will continue to monitor the health our Permissions Management service but are advising customers that were impacted by this event to log back into ShipHero and resume normal operations.

We believe we are close to resolution and will provide another update shortly.

Users are unable to login to many parts of ShipHero. The issue is related to our permissions management. We're working to resolve as quickly as possible.

An issue was identified affecting our endpoints and working to restore them.

We are currently investigating an issue that began at approximately 3pm. Our internal alerts reported an issue accessing the platform. Our Team is actively working to restore services.
