Meta resolved the incident on their end and we are monitoring the results. Messages received from Instagram DM should now contain properly formatted messages.

It appears that Meta API for Instagram is suffering from a widespread outage: https://metastatus.com/ig-messenger Messages displayed within the platform might show technical information coming from Meta. We're monitoring the situation and will continue to update on this matter
