The previous incident has been now been resolved. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The dashboard is operational again, errors have stopped. We are continuing to monitor for any further dashboard errors and continuing to investigate the root cause.

We rolled back the changes which were causing the dashboard errors, and saw the errors stop at approximately 10:45 UTC. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue.

We are aware that some users are receiving errors when accessing the Ravelin dashboard. We are currently investigating the cause and will post updates here as we know more.
