We have identified the root cause of the issue causing Connect information requests to send automatically. Our team is currently releasing a fix to prevent these unexpected automated notifications from dispatching going forward.

We are aware of an issue where Qualia Connect information request messages are being sent to clients on orders that do not have Connect enabled. Clients do not need to take any action in response to these messages. Our team is actively investigating and will post updates here.
