Prolific has restored its service, and panel recruitment is now fully available again. We have progressively restored traffic to 100% and closely monitored the system throughout the process. No errors have been observed, and Prolific panel requests are now operating normally. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to restore the service.

Unmoderated study panel requests using Prolific are currently unavailable. Researchers are unable to create new Prolific panel orders, and recruitment for existing Prolific-backed studies may be paused while Prolific works to restore access to its site and API. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
