The fix has been fully deployed. If you previously disabled the Merge Image Resolution, please re-enable: Setup → Custom Metadata Types → Docrio Feature → Merge Image Resolution 330ppi → Enabled__c. Please reach out to Litify Support if the issue persists.

Litify is actively pushing a fix for this issue; we will provide an update when the fix is fully deployed.

The issue has been identified. As a workaround to the issue, please follow this path disabling the Merge Image Resolution 330ppi setting: Setup → Custom Metadata Types → Docrio Feature → Merge Image Resolution 330ppi → Enabled__c. We are continuing to investigate the impact on global images that may result from this workaround disablement and a potential full fix.

We have received many reports of Docrio merging not working this morning. We are actively investigating and will provide an update soon.
