# EU Cloud Production Issue – July 29, 2026 #### Summary: On July 29, 2026, at approximately 3:37 PM UTC, the EU cloud platform began experiencing delays in the computation of review scores and consensus due to an internal data processing issue. The issue was detected by our monitoring at 4:25 PM UTC and stability was restored by 4:28 PM UTC. The issue was fully resolved at 4:58 PM and closed on July 30, 9:15 PM UTC. Incident Timeline: Customer Impact Start * Time: July 29, 3:37 PM UTC * Description: Computation of review scores and consensus started to be delayed. Incident Detection * Time: July 29, 4:25 PM UTC * Description: Our monitoring detected a high level of errors in our analytics processing service. Stable State Achieved * Time: July 29, 4:28 PM UTC * Description: Restoring normal computation of review scores and consensus. The time to mitigate was 51 minutes. Incident Resolution * Time: July 29, 4:58 PM UTC * Description: The incident was officially marked as resolved. Time to resolution: 1 hour and 21 minutes. End-User Impact: Users experienced delays in the computation of review scores and consensus for a total of 51 minutes, on July 29, 3:37 PM UTC to 4:28 PM UTC. All delayed computations were subsequently processed, and no data was lost. No other features were affected. What caused the incident? A data inconsistency in our EU production database prevented some events from being processed correctly, which temporarily delayed the computation of review scores and consensus. Corrective elements put in place to ensure that this does not happen again: * Immediate mitigation: allowing review scores and consensus to be computed normally again. * Long-term mitigations: Identifying and repairing all data type inconsistencies in our production databases. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident and its impact. Thank you for your patience and continued trust. The Kili Team
