The issue has been fixed, and affected Fee Summaries have been regenerated from May onward. Your payments and payouts were not affected. We've reached out directly to impacted Heroes.

Some Heroes using Kajabi Payments may notice that a monthly fee invoice in Settings → Documents is incomplete for a month between May and September 2026. This can include fees from instant payouts. We’ve found the cause and are working on a fix. Your payments and payouts are not affected. This only impacts the Payment Processing Fee Invoices.
