We have identified the cause of the connectivity issues affecting some customers and are actively implementing a fix. We are seeing service recover and will continue monitoring until the issue is fully resolved.

We are investigating reports of connectivity issues affecting customers hosted in the NVF landscape. Some customers may be unable to access their Ivanti Neurons for ITSM environment due to DNS resolution issues or other related errors. Our teams are actively investigating the issue and we will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
