<h3>Overview</h3> Between 16:46 and 16:51 UTC, the Iris API returned errors to incoming requests. Most requests retried and recovered on their own. <h3>Impact</h3> Portal customers were able to login, but would have experienced errors when using identity theft features. API clients received 503 responses from any requests to Iris during the impact window. All services are operating normally now. <h3>Client Action Needed</h3> API clients should review their responses from Iris and retry any requests that were unable to be completed in this window.
