Between 06:51 and 15:44 UTC on 21 July 2026, some requests to retrieve alert details and customer summaries returned errors, and the delivery of some alert notifications was delayed. All delayed alerts were subsequently processed and no data was lost. Monitoring, enrollment, and other services remained operational throughout. The issue is fully resolved and all services are operating normally. We apologize for the inconvenience and are putting additional safeguards in place to prevent recurrence.
