This incident has been resolved.

The replacement was a success and there has been no unexpected restarts since completion 14 hours ago.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

The replacement has started and vm's will be gracefully shutdown.

The kvm550 hostnode system has locked up and required a reboot. A hardware swap will be done on the chassis, cpu and motherboard to address this. When started vms will be halted the system will be halted the hardware will be replaced the system will boot up, and vm's started
