We have confirmed that BEAM is now showing 'Triggering' state and health is back to normal. If you see any discrepancy then please report it to the Exabeam Technical Support.
Monitoring
We have recently rolled out a BEAM update, which required the job to be restarted. The UI will continue to display a “Restarting” status until the previous job has finished draining. Once draining is complete, the UI will update to show a “Triggering” status. The maximum time allowed for any job to drain is 10 hours. We kindly ask that you wait for this window to elapse. If BEAM still shows a “Restarting” status after that time, please reach out to Exabeam Technical Support for further assistance.
