DigitalOcean is experiencing an outage affecting systems we use in our BLR and SGP environments. Existing media servers and live services remain available, and we have not observed any customer impact. New media server provisioning in these environments may fail or be delayed because server creation, public IP assignment, and DNS updates depend on the affected DigitalOcean service. No action is required for existing services; we are monitoring the outage and will verify full recovery after Digital Ocean is back.
