On August 28 around 08:00 UTC, we began investigating an issue affecting the Webhook Dispatcher in the AWS EU region. During this time, webhook triggers are not being fired for any events across all customers in this region. Content publishing itself is not affected and continues to process normally; this issue is limited to webhook delivery. Our engineering team has been mobilized and is actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal service. Customer Action: No action is required from customers at this time.
