A fix has been deployed and creating and updating MO webhooks should now work as expected. We are monitoring to confirm the issue is fully resolved. If you still experience problems, please contact our Support team.

We are currently investigating an issue that prevents users to create/update MO webhooks. Existing MO webhooks are not impacted.
