The 3rd party service is still in degraded performance but our builds are succeeding.

Still experiencing issues with the 3rd party service, however service is now very delayed as opposed to failing. Triggering mobile builds is not guaranteed to complete immediately but will however resolve. Recommendation continues to be hold off from deploying new builds.

Currently Mobile builds will fail due to 3rd party service outage. Will monitor and update once its resolved.
