We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Though the issue was in data collection and did not adversely impact users, it could cause the app to intermittently crash which could lead to unpredictable behavior. As a result, the team pushed a hotfix that resulted in downtime between 7:37-7:40 PT. The hotfix was successful and the app returned to normal functioning.
