Some Blackboard LMS clients in Europe and APAC are unable to load the Institution Page. Affected users may see an error or a blank page when selecting Institution Page from the base navigation. All other areas of the LMS are operating normally. Our engineering team has identified the component responsible and is working to restore service. We have not identified any impact to data

A few clients in the APAC region are also affected by the issue. We are actively working on implementing a fix and will provide updates as progress is made.
