A fix has been implemented and a new Blackboard 4001.2.0 version, including the fix, is being rolled out.

The issue has been identified and the fix is underway. To minimize further impact, we will be pausing the release to US Eastern tonight and will resume the release tomorrow with a new build including the fix to address this issue. All regions will be updated tomorrow.
