Identified

Identified Users with Cloud Protection Layer (CPL) entitlements may be sent to the Email Gateway Defense sign-in page instead of the CPL dashboard. Once signed in, the interface also shows some features that are not part of CPL. A fix is in progress. To reach your CPL dashboard now 1. On the Sign-In page, select Administrator sign-in. This usually takes you to the CPL dashboard. 2. If that doesn't work, stay signed in to Barracuda Cloud Control, open a new browser tab and go to the link for your region:    - US: https://us.ess.barracudanetworks.com/admin/bcc-login    - Australia: https://au.ess.barracudanetworks.com/admin/bcc-login    - Germany: https://de.ess.barracudanetworks.com/admin/bcc-login    - UK: https://uk.ess.barracudanetworks.com/admin/bcc-login    - Canada: https://ca.ess.barracudanetworks.com/admin/bcc-login    - India: https://in.ess.barracudanetworks.com/admin/bcc-login Once you're in - Dashboard, Message Log, ATP Log, and the inbound and domain settings that CPL includes are available. - You may see a "Trial Expired" banner. It doesn't apply to CPL accounts and you can ignore it. - Some features shown, such as Outbound, Users and the Audit Log, are not part of CPL. We recommend you don't change those settings. We will post another update when the fix is released. If the steps above don't work, contact Barracuda Support.
