We've resolved the issue, we will improve the operational process to prevent the issue

We are experiencing an issue affecting Metrics (MPL) queries in the US region. Customers may encounter failed queries or be unable to retrieve metric data through the Axiom Console and API. We have identified the cause and are deploying a fix to restore normal operation.
