Currently recovering backlog of effected jobs successfully, monitoring closely for full recovery.

A small fraction of new jobs are still getting stuck, we are continuing to investigate further.

We are currently investigating an issue where all BigQuery exports are lagging for US (not EU) due to a downstream issue.
