The incident has been resolved from the provider side.

There is an ongoing incident on the Team's provider side. They are also reporting that users are experiencing limited access to Microsoft Teams features. We are investigating if we can work around those issues.

We are getting reports that the Teams bot is not accessible. We are currently investigating and will be providing updates as the investigation proceeds.
