The issue affecting Acquia Pipelines where jobs were failing to start or timing out for a few customers has been fully resolved. All related services are operating normally, and pipeline jobs are starting and executing as expected.

We are no longer seeing new instances of the issue affecting pipeline job starts. Our team continues to monitor the service for any recurrence. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue where some customers are experiencing timeouts and errors when attempting to initiate Pipelines jobs. Our engineering team is actively looking into the cause of these failures. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
